Thomas A. Stevenson, age 88, of Austin passed away on Saturday, August 6, 2005. He was born October 7, 1916 in Eagle Pass, Texas to Dora and Thomas Alexander Stevenson. Mr. Stevenson served in the Army Air Corps in WWII, received his B.S. from the University of Texas and worked 30 years for the Texas Highway Department. He is survived by his wife, Willette K. Stevenson; daughters and sons-in-law, Willette and Ray Leach of Austin and Linda Stevenson and Paul Holleman of Santa Rosa, CA; four grandchildren, Jennifer Yamin and husband Jeff, Abraham Clark, Ruth Clark and Nicole Corson; and one great-grandson, Trevor Yamin. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 9th at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 10, 2005 at First Presbyterian Church, 8001 Mesa Dr., Austin. Interment will follow at Capital Parks Cemetery, Pflugerville.
