Timmy “Lil Tim” was born on September 8th, 1991, to Timothy Billoups, Sr. and Tanya Thomas in Austin, Texas. His transition to eternal rest with his Lord and Savior was on Thursday, September 11th, 2025. Timmy filled everyone he met with amazing energy, great laughter and genuine kindness. Timmy was one of God's gentle souls.
Timmy graduated from Anderson High School in 2010. He enjoyed sports, video games, making videos and music. Timmy had a gift that was unique, he knew people and how to change a person’s mood, his playlist could do just that. Timmy’s favorite hobby was making videos wither it was of a skit with family members playing character roles or a video of a family member or friend cheering for their favorite team, he loved it. The family would receive one or two or so, but who was counting? Timmy loved making music, he was a self-claimed Musicologist. Timmy knew how music could inspire a person; it inspired him, and he knew it inspired his family. This is how he kept himself grounded. Timmy played hard, laughed harder with a laughter that warmed a person's heart. He knew when to turn up the volume to lift a mood. Timmy lived his life to the fullest, making friends everywhere he went.
If you knew him, you knew his life was one big highlight. Timmy grew up in a close-knit loving family who celebrated life together every milestone and holiday. He loved being with his family and the people he loved the most. Those who knew Timmy will carry his light with them forever and a day.
