

Trinidad Ruiz Ojeda, age 92, of Austin, passed away on Thursday, July 31, 2008. She was born on August 22, 1915 to Argopito Ruiz and Ernuria Medina in Del Valle, Texas. She was a lifetime Austinite, homemaker, and devoted loving mother. Trinidad welcomed everyone to her home with warm understanding and non-judgmental spirit. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Jose G. Ojeda; son, Ausencio Ojeda, Sr. Trinidad is survived by her daughters, Amelia O. Jaramillo, Lucy O. Moreno and husband Richard L., Lydia O. Limon and husband Isidro, Maria O. Cortez, Judy O. Parks and husband David W. Clark; son, Joe Ojeda Jr. and wife Herminia Perez of Georgetown; 17 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren. Serving as pallbearers will be James Burdick, Jay C. Burdick, Richard L. Moreno Jr., Ausencio Ojeda Jr., Paul Ojeda, Albert Hernandez, and Anthony Moreno. Honorary pallbearer will be Stephen Moreno. The family would like to give special thanks to Robinson Creek Hospice, especially Peggy Tinkey, Anna Chapein, and Girling Home Healthcare for their wonderful care of our mother during her illness. Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be at 7:00 pm on Sunday, August 3, 2008 at Wilke-Clay-Fish Funeral Home. Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 am on Monday, August 4, 2008 at Cristo Rey Catholic Church with Reverend Jesse Euresti officiating. Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
