Vickie Dianne Cicchese was born in Lubbock, Texas on April 14, 1955. Vickie was the oldest of three children born to parents Bill E. Hill and Shirley Turner Hill. Vickie is survived by her mother, Shirley, her brothers Lloyd and Greg, her son, Antonio Cicchese and her daughter-in-law, Shawna Cicchese. Vickie had a large family with many cousins, nieces and nephews that she encouraged and supported over the years. Vickie was also like a second mother to many of her son Antonio’s friends. Vickie is now reunited with the love of her life, Arthur Edward Cicchese who preceded her in death on December 20, 2010.
A dear friend to many, Vickie’s laugh, smile and genuine interest in the well-being of others will be missed tremendously. Those who knew Vickie describe her as adventurous, loving, joyful and welcoming to all people of walks of life.
A Celebration of Vickie’s Life will be held on Saturday, October 15, 2016 at 1:00 P.M. in the Chapel of Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Funeral Home.
