He was an avid sports fan and loved the Texas Longhorns.
Victor was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Jesus Monreal. He is survived by his wife, Alicia Caballero, four daughters, one son, six sisters, three brothers, and many nieces and nephews.
Recitation of the Rosary will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 11, 2011 at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home, 3125 N. Lamar Blvd.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 12:00 noon on Friday, August 12, 2011 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 1206 E. 9th Street. Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
