Born on April 16, 1947, Virginia lived a beautiful life rooted in love, faith, and family. She was the devoted wife of Cleo Grange Hill Sr., and together they built a life filled with laughter, strength, and lasting memories.
She was preceded in death by her father Raymond Rodela, her mother Dolores Gonzales, and her brother Roy Rodela.
She was a loving mother, wife and sister and grandmother. She is survived by three brothers, Manuel Rodela, Robert Rodela and Dr. Charles Rodela. Three children, whom she shared with James D. Roussett Sr ; James David Roussett Jr. and wife Monica, Leslie Denise Ryan and Jason, and Veronica Danielle Roussett and husband Tom, and also seven stepchildren, Cleo Jr, Deileisha, Joseph, Constance, Meisha, Brittney, and Marc. Also a proud grandmother to eleven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren — all of whom brought her endless joy and pride.
Virginia’s heart was pure, her smile unforgettable, and her love unconditional. She was a guiding light to her family and friends, always giving, always caring, and always strong.
Though she is no longer with us, her love and spirit will forever live in the hearts of those who knew her.
“Jesus told her, ‘I am the resurrection and the life. Anyone who believes in me will live, even after dying. Everyone who lives in me and believes in me will never ever die.’”
— John 11:25–26
