Wanda graduated from Marshall High School in 1953 and married her husband Richard Sikes on June 15, 1957. She was an avid reader and enjoyed listening to music, but took the most pleasure in having family visit her.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Richard Earl Sikes; her brothers Loran Cox and James “Scooter” Cox; and her sister-in-law and her husband, Shirley and Kenneth Allen.
She is survived by her sons, Ricky and Allen Sikes; her granddaughter Megan Colleen Hicks (and husband Ryan), great-grandchildren Charlie, Tommy, and Molly; and numerous nieces, and nephews as well as great-nieces and great-nephews.
A memorial service will be held at Weed-Corley-Fish Chapel on Saturday, June 19th, 2021 at 2:00 PM, officiated by Rev. Holly Swift.
