Continually thinking of my good friend and remembering all of our exploits on and off duty in Germany and throughout Europe.  All of my thoughts, deepest prayers, sincerest sympathies, and heartfelt condolences will always go out to him and his entire extended family. This Band of Brothers and the Bond of the Blue Beret will not let the memory of Wes fade.

Along with Mike, I had the privilege of serving alongside Wes as USAF Security Policemen at Rhein-Main AB, Frankfurt, (West) Germany. Many of us were young and away from home and family for the first time in our lives, which made the comraderie and esprit de corps very tight and strong. Wes was not only a brother to me but also a mentor. I was always happy to see on the duty roster that I was working with Wes. He was a great man and knowing of his loss wears heavy on my heart. RIP my friend.

I had the privilege of attending Sam Houston with Wes, serving in the Air Force with Wes and serving our respective cities as an Officer just like Wes. I was saddened to hear of Wes’ passing. May God watch over him and his family.
