

Wilbert Emil Klingemann, 97 years young, passed from this life Tuesday, October 12, 2010 at Hill Country Health Center in Llano, Texas. He was born January 15, 1913 to Harry and Hilda (Nolte) Klingemann, and was loved by all who knew him.
Wilbert started his career as a dairy farmer in Travis County then moved on to become the maintenance superintendent with the University of Texas at Austin, where he retired after 34 years of service.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Juanita Waxler Klingemann; his son, Curtis Klingemann; and four brothers, Walter, Henry, Orville, and Randolph Klingemann.
He is survived by his wife of 16 years, Johnell Klingemann of Kingsland, Texas; his two sisters, Evelyn Plowman, and Hazel Marshall of Austin, Texas; daughter, Debbie Watson of Dallas, Texas; sons, Mark Baldwin of Kingsland, Texas, Howard Klingemann and wife, Mildred of Bonifay, Florida, Carol Klingemann and wife, Sue of Georgetown, Texas; grandchildren, David Watson, Kendall Watson, Judy Harville, Karen Baggett, Krystal Petreseo, Eric Klingemann, Adam Klingemann, Brant Klingemann, Kent Klingemann, and Shannon Klingemann; eight great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Celebration of Life Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, October 16, 2010 in the Chapel of Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Funeral Home.
Honoring Mr. Klingemann as pallbearers will be Debbie Watson, Brother Gary Dunn, David Watson, Eric Klingemann, Jonathan Baggett, and Adam Klingemann.
The family would like to thank Hospice of Llano and Hill Country Health Care Center of Llano for their loving care in his final days.
