William, known to family as Augie, and to friends as Willie, passed away with his mom and sister by his side after a brief illness.
As a youth, Augie enjoyed playing sports, teasing is sister and giving his parents a run for their money. He is a 9th generation Californian, who loved camping at Rose Valley and splashing in the Pacific Ocean. As an adult, his kind heart, sense of humor and ability to take things in stride is what most loved about it him.
He was a lifelong Los Angeles Dodgers, Los Angeles Lakers and New York Giants fan. He moved to Austin from New Mexico to be closer to his niece and nephew.
William is survived by his mother Christine (Frank) Longbine, his sister Aileen (Nik) Edwards, and nephew Ryder, and niece Stella, and father Mario (Evelyn) Aguilar. In addition, he is survived by his Tia Jeanne Barragan, grandmother Alice Guerrero, Tia Olivia and cousins Tinker and Ana and Tia Josie and cousins Tony, Winky, and Vincent. We cannot forget his furry friend, Kaiser.
William is proceed in death by his maternal grandfather, John Guerrero, paternal grandparents, Guillermo and Josefina Aguilar.
