Met Bill at Trinity (TX) University and had two years (1956-1957) of great times together. He had such a keen sense of humor and was just fun hanging out together along with two other close mutual friends. Even though we were in distant locations, we always managed to keep in touch with one another over the past 64 years. Our last visit was an hour long phone call just five weeks before his passing.

My heartfelt sympathies to his wife and children. Am glad to have been one of Bill's close friends for so many years. May he rest in peace.
