Dale Malott age 66 passed away at his home in Buda, Texas on July 20, 2008 after a lengthy illness. He was born on August 4, 1941 in Dripping Springs, Texas. He was preceded in death by his father, Ivey Malott; brother, Joe Dudley Malott and his step-father, Orville Reese. Dale is survived by this mother, Mattie Reese. He is also survived by Mike Evans and the entire Evans family. Other survivors include Mike, Toni, Jackie, Samatha and Nosh Owens, Tim, Cindy, Brandi, Holly, Sarah Evans and Colin Cravin. He is survived by his brothers and their wives, Donald and Jeanie Malott, Douglass and Shirley Malott; and his sisters and their husbands, Christine and Ernie Gray, Genell and Chick Chadwell and numerous nieces, nephews and many friends. Dale was the owner and operator of Dale's Beauty Shop in Buda until he retired in 2000. The family will receive visitors from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. on Monday, July 21 at Wilke-Clay-Fish Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 P.M. on Tuesday, July 22 at Wilke-Clay-Fish Chapel with burial immediately following at Live Oak Cemetery.
