Uncle Bill,  some of my best memories are when you and Aunt Kathy came down to visit.  I Love You Both So Much! I only wish we could have had more time to know each other.  Keep PaPa company and We'll see you soon. Love Always, Your Niece

Bill, even though it had been awhile since our family gatherings, you were loved deeply...Robert, I and the children so enjoyed the times we did have
together.  You had a warm and gentle spirit and we will miss you and just
knowing you weren't too far away...i guess time just got away...rest in peace and we will see you in our Father's kingdom one day for He is our Hope...lisa, robert, sean, anna, grace, keegan, robyn rene'e and audrey noel...

Bill was such a neat guy and considered one of my favorites.  I know that he will be missed as he was so likeable. God bless you and your family, Kathy.

    Bill was my best friend. He was my brother in Christ, and he was very much a part of our family. He and Kathy were always invited to any of our family gatherings. Thanksgiving, Christmas,and birthdays. He helped us so much with our daughter's outdoor wedding in Wimberley, Texas. He loaded up his Dodge pickup with table,chairs,coolers, you name it, and delivered them to the wedding. In triple digit heat, he helped us set up,tear down,and then bringing it all back to Austin. 
     That is just is just the way Bill was. Always putting others first. He was such a good listener.
     He said that he wanted me to go bay fishing with him, but I never did.
He wanted to teach me me his "unconventional" golf swing, but I never made the time. I regret that so much.

I knew Bill, from my days at Austin Energy.  I was saddened to hear of his passing, but know that he is in a much better place. He will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends.

I worked with Bill over 12 years and cannot think of anyone I respect more. He always inspired me to be a better Christian and I look forward to seeing him again someday in heaven.

Bill has been a great part of our family for the past four years. He was one of the nicest people I've ever met. I enjoyed listening to his many stories. Bill was such a sweet and caring person. He was always smiling and always so positive. I enjoyed spending some time with him in the past few weeks and even with his illness and upcoming surgery he remained so positive. He reflected God's love.  His presence will be greatly missed!

I have known Bill for nearly my entire 19 year career here at Austin Energy.  Bill to me was a teacher, a father like figure, and most important to me...a listener.  Bill will be greatly missed not only by me but everyone who took the time to listen to him.  He had a wisdom that could quiet a noisy room and an understanding that could was disarming.  Thank you, Bill for believing in me.
