I never met Bill but I had a phone conversation with him twenty years ago that has stuck with me for twenty years I then received a thank you note from the man who so cordial that the call I made about the tire business went on over an hour about business and life in general. He made a huge impression on me and I regret that we never met. If he made that much of an impression on me in a phone call, he had to have influenced untold numbers who actually knew the man. Just the mention that I had spoken to him during a business deal made people pay attention and that was impressive.


Lucille,I remember when we first met you and Bill.Bill affectionately referred to you as his bride.Charlie thought that was so "special" that he started referring to me as "his bride".After 60 years of maritial bliss,he still refers to me this wayWe often think of how this originated.GOD BLESS. Bill Viviano was one of the sweetest people I've ever met.  I am sending my condolences and love especially to his wife Lucille - also a wonderful, sweet person - and his daughter, grandchildren and great grandchildren.  I know you will miss this sweet man forever.

Linda, Rockey and Lucille,  my heart goes out to you for the loss of such a great man, a true gentleman.  I considered Bill a close friend and what an example of a loving husband, father and grandfather.... vaya con dios my friend.

Bill will be well remembered.  He welcomed many of us, including me, into the Bravo Camp and always had kind words and a great sense of humor.  And we will not hold it against his memory that he sponsored Rockey--just kidding, of course, since Rockey is the greatest and a wonderful legacy that Bill left to the Vaqueros.  Vaya con Dios! Jim and I are so saddened by the passing of our good friend, Bill Vivian.  We have beautiful memories of Bill and Lucille and their family that we will hold in our hearts forever.  We had not seen Bill and Lucille in a few years, but they were in our thoughts of all of the good times that we had together.  Bill was indeed one of the kindest, sweetest, most fun people that we had the pleasure of knowing.  We will keep his wonderful smile in our treasured memories.
