Willie Urtado Rodriguez

He is survived by his children: Anthony De Los Santos, James De Los Santos, Michael Rodriguez, Enemencia Rodriguez, and Desirae Rodriguez (Rodrigo); and his grandchildren: RJ, Nico, Lorenzo, Zoe, Maggie, and Raya. He is also survived by his mother, Enemencia Rodriguez; his brothers, Abel Rodriguez and Eddie Rodriguez; his sister, Janet Martinez; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Eva Rodriguez; and his father, Willie Rodriguez; ; his niece, April Rodriguez; Grandparents; and many cherished aunts and uncles.

Willie was known for his hard work, dedication, his contagious smile, and his love of laughter. While he spent much of his life working to provide for his family, his true passions were fishing, cooking, and spending time with those he loved most.

Willie was a good dad who stayed involved in his children’s lives—whether on the sidelines or umpiring their games. He also helped his family working concession stands at Zilker Park during events like the Trail of Lights and Pecan Street Festival, as well as at home football games for the Texas Longhorns
