Douglas Henry Hall

Oct. 16th, 1930 – Feb. 13th, 2017

Peacefully at Hull Hospital in his 87th year. Born in Williamsburg, ON to parents Wilfred and Florence, he built his life in Aylmer & Quyon, Quebec.

He reunites with his beloved wife Dorothy (Granny), brother Clint and grandson Alan. Father (Da) to Ron (Julia), stepfather to Barbara (Ken) and Dorothy (Lloyd). Pa will be missed by his grandchildren Kim, Rodney, Tanya, Shawna, Chrissy, Anthony, Jenny, Brandi, Greg, Kevin and Rebecca. Pa proudly leaves behind a legacy of great grandchildren, Kenny, Chantel, Curtis, Joshua, Cierra, Darron, Cody, Mackayla, Titus, Haileigh, Ethan, Brooke, Taliyah, Ella, Wade, Everly, Evelyn and Alexander. Few knew his given name, as he was known as Mr. Hall or more popularly, Pa. He will be remembered foremost as a kind, patient, supportive, and loving man who at times could be stubborn as a bull, but always a true gentleman. Family and friends are invited to Racine, Robert & Gauthier Beauchamp Funeral Home, 47 Denise-Friend, Gatineau (Aylmer) on Friday, February 24, 2017 from 3-8 p.m. A Graveside Service will be held at Mapleridge Cemetery in Winchester, ON, on Saturday, February 25, 2017 at 11 a.m..
