Mr. Jacques L. Loyer passed away peacefully on December 25, 2015 at the age of 88.
Mr. Loyer was born on October 16, 1927 in Ottawa, Ontario. Jacques is now reunited with his beloved wife Patricia Loyer (née Harper), and he will be missed dearly by his children: son, Peter {Diane}; daughter, Carolyn {Clarke}; & his loving grandchildren, Tammy, Dan {Jeff }, Robin, Julie and Allyson.
