Jacques Séguin

Jacques was the son of the late Justine (Aline) Philippe of Hull, Québec and Adélard Séguin of Kemptville, Ontario. Born in Rouyn Noranda, Jacques lived primarily in Aylmer, Quebec and was a distinguished bus operator (# 404) with OC Transpo for over 32 years.

He was the beloved father of David Séguin (Louise MacKenzie) of Smiths Falls and Theresa Séguin (Brian Knapp) of Seeley's Bay, Ontario.

He was the proud grandfather of Sean and Jesse Barclay of Kanata, Ontario (sons of Theresa), Steve Séguin (son of David) of Ottawa, Leanna Chartrand (daughter of Linda) of Gatineau, Québec, along with his three great grandchildren: Ella Catherine Séguin, Kaylie and Brooke Chartrand.

He also leaves behind in mourning many other nephews, nieces and friends.

It is our hope that he will be reunited with his daughter, the late Linda Lee Séguin of Aylmer, who left this world in December of 2019.

Jacques leaves behind his brother, Marcel Séguin (Lucille) of Gatineau. Jacques was also predeceased by his brothers, Ronald Thériault (Lorraine), Roger Thériault (Thérese), and Andre Séguin (Suzanne) of Gatineau, Québec.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a private family memorial will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated
