She was the daughter of the late George Johnston and the late June Johnston (nee Kelly) and was the wife of Ronald Anka (divorced 1986).
She is survived by her children; Christopher (Nicole) and Candace, her grandchildren; Calvin and Kenna, her brother Donald (Yvonne), nephews; Daniel, Michael, niece; Jessica as well as good friends; Shannon Shanski and Gloria Brady.
Born in Hamilton Ontario, Patricia could often be found puttering in her garden, watching her shows on TV, and working on home improvement projects. She loved watching her grandson play in his baseball and hockey games and traveling with her granddaughter.
The family would like to thank family and friend for their kind messages of support.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
