It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loving father on January 17, 2017 at the age of 77. Paul-Emile Sabourin son of the late Rita Gagnon and the late Hector Sabourin was born on October 16, 1939 in Ottawa, Ontario. He passed away peacefully at home. He is survived by his siblings: Maurice (Rita), Marcel (Madeleine) and Lucie (Michel). He leaves behind in his loving memory his ex-wife Louise Larabie as well as his children: Rick (Natasha Berube), Cindy (Richard Gauthier), Debbie (Arnold Brunke) and Terry (Stephanie Ouimet). He also leaves behind nine grandchildren: Haleigh (Dan), Catherine (Chris), Nathalie (Sebastien), Bradley, Rachel, Kali, Reneau, Patrick and Brendan. Dearly missed by his two great grandchildren Devin and Julien as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. Paul loved baseball, one of his proudest achievements was forming the Aylmer Mixed Baseball League, which still exists today. As per Paul’s wishes, there will be no visitation or service. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be greatly appreciated.
