Richard we are shocked at the loss of Virginie, We just heard about this today. She was a sweet lady wonderful mother and a loving wife, although we did not know her well we always enjoyed her visits with all of you to Bethany. RIP sweet Lady ..

Dear Richard and family - so very sorry to hear this sad news.  thinking of you with sincere sympathy at this difficult time.

Virginie has been in our thoughts and prayers ever since we heard she was in the hospital.  Our hearts go out to Richard, Aiden and Gabrielle.  I came across this the other day and thought of the void Virginie leaves behind:
GRIEF
I had my own notion of grief.
I thought it was a sad time
That followed the death of someone you love.
And you had to push through it
To get to the other side.
But I'm learning there is no other side.
There is no pushing through.
But rather,
There is absorption,
Adjustment, 
Acceptance.
And grief is not something that you complete.
But rather you endure.
Grief is not a task to finish,
And move on,
But an element of yourself - 
An alteration of your being.
A new way of seeing,
A new definition of self.

May the love of family and friends be of support to you.

We worked on the same floor at 160 Elgin although I did not know her personally. I walked by her desk and saw the many photos that she displayed of her loving family. She was so young. She will be missed. My condolences to her family, friends and colleagues.

My thoughts and prayers are with you Richard,Aiden,Gabrielle and the rest of your family. Virginie may you rest in peace.

It is hard to say goodbye to a colleague who has been less of a co-worker and more of a friend. I will miss sitting next you at work and chatting about our children and family vacation plans. I know you were so proud of your family.  Miss you so much my dear friend Virginie

Kim and I have fond memories of our Christmas gatherings with Ginnie, Richard,  Isabelle and Edith. Our thoughts and prayers are with Richard and the kids in this very difficult time. Ginnie your spirit will be greatly missed.
