Barbara,to convey here in this writing of my feelings would be fruitless because of all the emotions swirling through my head and heart. I just wanted to say that I was so privileged to to have you in my heart. Everytime we got together you always put  a smile on my face.We shared sooo  many memories and stories over the years of the good the bad and yes the ugly. Through our ups and downs with our families and our personal lives you  have always been there and listened and shared with us with an open mind. I say you’re a friend but you were more like family to me and Gerry and I mean that in the most sincere and loving way. Your life on this earth is done but my faith tells me that you have a new and everlasting life in the arms of God and all the angels in heaven. No more suffering, no more pain . Your reward for all your loving and caring not just to your family but to all those you have touched especially me and Gerry is that you are now living a new life in Heaven where you belong. Time will heal us all from your sudden departure from us and we will move on. I know your presence will always be present in our lives ,maybe hearing a song or there will be a subliminal message or sign to let us know that you are still here in spirit. You touched so many lives and I for one am a better man for knowing you. I will lever forget your smile and your compassion for others. Sundays will never be the same but I take solace in the fact that I know your presence will always be felt and that you you will always be near to us in our minds and in our hearts.i will miss you Barbara and my faith tells me that we will meet again . Barbara I don’t know what to say.  We have been friends for 35+ years.  We spoke every day and saw you and Richie every Sunday for dinner   35+ years.  There is en emptiness left now.  I always awaited
Your phone calls from your car every time you had a doctor’s visit. I miss and love you.   Love your long time friend Gerry

As I stop and count my blessings, there is one thing to be true, I'll always be so grateful for the friend I found in you.
Grateful for the special times we've shared though the years, times that brought us closer, through our laughter and our tears.
And when I look upon my life, what matters in the end, is that I was really lucky to find one, true, faithful friend.

Such a wonderful sister- in-law who gathered our family so many times.  Her compassion for others and  kindness to all were truly a testament to her faith.  She will live in our hearts and minds forever.

So sorry to hear of Barbara’s passing.
May she rest in the arms of the Lord.

Barbara you were the best friend anyone could ever ask for.  I will truly miss you.

My dearest friend Barbara❤️.  Eighteen years ago we met for the first time on Christmas, you welcomed me with arms open. From that day on I had a bond with you that continued to grow, you were family. Words can never explain how much I will miss you, I can’ t imagine  us not having Sunday dinners, our girls night with Gerri . ( Olive Garden & Walmart. lol)  We never made it out to our Lady of the Island or Tellers  but  I promise to do those things for you.  My heart will always hold you close to me. Love you and thank you for an amazing friendship.    Lidia is sending you lots of kisses.

I was deeply saddened to hear about Barbara’s passing. I will always remember Barbara’s warm smile and genuine kindness. A wonderful wife, mother, mother in-law and grandmother, she had an incredible ability to make everyone around her feel comfortable and valued. I will truly miss her. Sending love and strength to all.
