Please accept my sincere condolences on the death of your dear daughter, Cathy. I pray that happy memories of time spent with her, and the strength of her spirit will help you get through this very difficult time. 


I am so incredibly saddened to hear of Catherine's passing. It was an absolute honor to get to know Catherine over the past year and a half. She always came into the pharmacy with a smile on her face and a basket full of sweets. She came in on her birthday with a crown and encouraged me to buy one for my wife's 30th birthday because it was a must. She was an incredible fighter and an inspiration to many. Although I don't work in that same pharmacy anymore her memory will stay with me through the rest of my career. Rest in peace Catherine, you will be missed.

I want to take a moment and remember my godmother, Cathy. You were so strong and put up one hell of a fight with cancer. Thank you for your care packages in college, teaching me how to make ice cream clowns, a new angel ornament every Christmas, our check-in phone calls, contagious laugh,  and funny cards. I want to thank you for instilling in me all of the values and traditions that I now carry And share with my own 2 godchildren. I am so lucky that my parents chose you to be my godmother, now my godmother guardian angel. Love you muchly, ❤️

Cathy used to call me her sailor which she still did every time we spoke even now at 32 years old. My favorite memory is when she used to baby sit my sister and I when we were little or would come stay over and we would make clown ice cream sundaes which I still make abs was my go to move when I really like a girl and wanted to impress her. She will truly be missed ❤️

My “lil sis” we’re really gonna miss you! Cheers to our fun crazy Cuz’n times, from our trips to Manhattan, our many concerts especially Bonjovi, The Stones & Manilow, to having you be our daughters Godmother & making clown cones with TJ! Memories we’ll cherish 4ever! Love you Tootie & Tom

North Babylon Class of 1989 20th reunion.

I was so saddened by Cathy’s passing. We met in school growing up. We became closer after graduation. I always enjoyed our talks and laughs. We would get together after the holidays and celebrate both our birthdays by having lunch and exchanging gifts. I usually brought my kids with me and she was so sweet them. I remember her talking about wanting to participate in the Breast Cancer 2 day Walk for I believe was her 40th birthday. I figured what better gift to give her than to join her. I had no idea what I was signing up for LOL. We bonded so much those two days. We laughed and struggled through the pain. But we crossed that finish line together ❤️ I will never forget you my friend and I am happy you are no longer in pain. You fought this a long time and surely were too young to die 💔. My deepest condolences to Cathy’s family. 

Cathy and I met in 10th grade in high school.  We were friends from the very start with so many memories including being in a group together called T A C T.  In addition we were both in the play "Harvey" that year. In fact her brother Jim was one of the stage directors and handled the behind the scenes stuff.  Cathy was one of a kind and was always very nice.

Cathy and I grew up in the same neighborhood and went to elementary through high school together. I can remember many conversations with Cathy where we laughed and joked and really connected. She was always a great listener and made you feel like she cared what you had to say. She was kind and caring and spread that kindness to others. I was very sad to hear of her passing but I find comfort knowing she is at peace and no longer suffering. My condolences to her family. Rest easy my childhood friend. So sorry to hear!  My favorite Penn State (v MSU) foil.  Catherine was my road warrior friend - she kept me company via the phone on many of my long haul trips.  Plus in our earlier lives - we worked a LOT of jobs together.  So young and way too soon.   My thoughts and prayers go out to her brother and her parents.  

May you Rest In Peace. You fought a long battle with this horrible disease. My prayers are with you and your family 

Cathy and I go back to first grade growing up in the same neighborhood all the way through high school.  Very sad to hear of her passing.   She was a good egg and will be missed.  My condolences to her family.
