Catherine "Cathy" Santangelo, age 80, of Islip, New York passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family, leaving behind a legacy of warmth, kindness, and unwavering love. She will be cherished in the hearts of all who knew her. Retired NYS Principal Court Clerk.
Beloved wife of Michael Santangelo for 60 years. Loving mother of Jerome (Paulette), Michael (Jennifer), Matthew and Joseph (Heidi). Cherished grandmother of Julia, Olivia, Michael, Daniel, Ava, Maria and Mia. Dear sister of Fran D'Agostino. Predeceased by her parents Gabriel and Jennie.
A visitation for Cathy will be held Sunday, April 6, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Claude R. Boyd/Spencer Funeral Homes, 448 West Main Street, Babylon, NY 11702. A funeral mass will be held on Monday, April 7th, 2025, 11:00 AM at St Patrick's Church 9 Clinton Ave Bayshore, NY 11706. A graveside service will follow at Saint Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale, New York.
