Claire E. Hansen (nee Carlson), 80, of North Babylon, entered into Eternal Life on Monday, March 13, 2023. Beloved wife of 60 years of Martin. Devoted mother of Linda Dormer, Deborah Arifi, and the late Keith. Dear mother-in-law of James Dormer and Jeff Arifi. Adored grandmother of Thomas, Keith, Sofia, Aiden and the late Brittany. Cherished great-grandmother of Faith and Zoey. Predeceased by her siblings, Larry Carlson and June Seick. She will be forever loved and deeply missed by every life that she touched. Family will receive friends at Claude R. Boyd-Spencer Funeral Home, 448 W. Main Street, Babylon, Friday, March 17, 2023, 3 pm-5 pm & 7 pm-9:30 pm. Funeral mass 10:30 am Saturday, March 18, 2023, Our Lady of Lourdes RC Church, West Islip. Interment to follow at North Babylon Cemetery.
