Frances Parker

Frances Parker, a cherished resident of West Babylon, New York, passed away peacefully on June 15, 2024. Born on July 8, 1955, in New York, New York, she was the beloved daughter of Santos Villanueva and Elsie Rosado.

Frances was the devoted wife of Kenneth Parker for 42 years, a loving mother to Nicole Barthelmes (Andrew Barthelmes) and Elyse Parker (Julianne Parker), and a proud grandmother to Olivia Barthelmes and Malia Barthelmes. She was also a caring sister to Carmen, Gracie, Gloria, and Ralph.

Frances found great joy in life through her hobbies, which included boating on tranquil waters, indulging in music that spoke to her soul, and sharing her melodious voice through singing. Her passion for these activities illuminated the lives of those around her and brought her immense happiness.

Frances will be remembered for her warmth, her unwavering love for her family, and her vibrant spirit. She leaves behind cherished memories and a legacy of kindness that will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to have known her.

Frances's presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. May she rest in peace.

A visitation for Frances will be held Friday, June 21, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM. A visitation will occur Friday, June 21, 2024 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A prayer service will occur Friday, June 21, 2024 at 8:00 PM.
