I just lost one of the most loving person in this life my aunt Gladys. She was always there for anyone who need someone. Titi I will miss you dearly it hurts to say goodbye but i know you are ok ...love you.

A Word from Papa Bear. Today when you said goodbye to Gladys your pain was more than you can bare. You felt the necessity to hug her, kiss her, and tell her how much you Love her. Your Mother felt the love, the hugs, the kisses. You were special to her, a bright light even on the darkest days. She was so proud of you and your brother Tommy and the wonderful families you shared with her. I too felt this pain many times before, never thought it would go away. Losing a loved one is the worst pain of all. Papa wants you to know, Gladys is only gone physically, spiritually she will remain in your heart and mind Forever. Pray for and say her name often for Gladys is smiling down at you today and always. You were both so lucky to have each other, that bond will never be broken. So when you are feeling down, Get up, Look up, and never give up, your mother is watching you. You are Blessed. Papa Bear

Dear Gladys,
Thank you for taking me in at 16, and being a mom to me. You taught me so much. I will never forget all of the memories we created together with my children, your grandchildren. You were the rock that held me and Tommy together through all of the rough times. I have so much to thank you for. You were such a great person and I am so grateful that my children were able to live and grow with you and to share their time with you throughout all of the years.

To my aunt Gladys , I sit at home everyday wishing now more than ever I could go upstairs and watch a show with you , or simply hear your voice , I cheated myself for not taking advantage of the time left , for all that you did for me , even til the day you left you have helped me and titi with all my heart it hurts as it settles that im never gonna hear another story , or have you tell me about something new or show me something you colored , or tell me to go eat because I looked too skinny or a random early morning phone call asking me what I'm doing and me telling you , Im at work titi .... ,lol , You are my aunt but have been my mom when I really needed one and because of you I have an amazimg uncle who like you has never given up on me , and a big cousin in Tanya who has always protected me and looked out for me and a little cousin in Tommy who made up for me not having a little brother , you gave me stability and brought peace to my life whenever I needed it , you showed me what family was when I needed to know what it meant ,  I dont know what to say really except for thank you , thank you with all that I am for the person you have always been to me , thank you for always seeing in me what no one else saw , when they saw me fall and I was beat up and broken , you were always able to see past what they saw and you always saw me for my heart and the man that I could become , you NEVER gave up on me NEVER , even when I gave up on myself. For all of the nights you stood up with me to make sure I was ok , or for when I simply needed to talk to you , I've lost so much in this life and with you titi Gladys goes another part of my SOUL , For all of the good and the love you gave me and all of our family , Im a better person for it and Im greatful that you are my aunt , you showed us that no matter what you dont give up on the people you love !!!! , For all of the accomplishments , and the positive I've been able to experience , you played a hand in all of it ,RIP Titi Gladys. There isn't much, to say nor express; when it's the great lost of someone in which, was cared for & very loved.. saying good bye to the human living flesh is never easy to departure, w/ those in which,  played a big role in our ❤'s & in our lives to Face Reality to not have them as you remember them. In life we're left w/ only memories which is sometimes bittersweet. Many cry for the moments that were spent & no longer able to spend. And many times, we often find ourselves, sobbing in tears, reminiscing and resurfacing all the old memories for that, all we have left. Lost is something, that I've learned to be deep & profound. but, w/ in that;  I also learned, it is a pain within their pain, their salvation, there's Freedom, no more suffering & no more hurting... we'll like to at least, think in our ❤'s, that our loved ones are in a great place...a place in where there's no more suffering, no more pain or hurt..w/ all that being said, I've lost so many & not so long from today... I lost one of the, most greatest, people in my life & meant so much to me, in which took, an enormous part of me when he left and departed my lovely little brother may you rest in Heavenly peace. And months shortly after lost one of my eldest aunt's which was a true force of strength,kind hearted loving soul. May she rest in our fathers heavenly grace.

Dear Lord, relying on your promises to us, I turn to you in trust that my mother is with you and that she is enjoying your loving embrace. You alone know how she loved the best she could and how she faithfully endured the struggles that she faced. You know the graces you gave her and you know the grace she was for me and for so many. For all the ways she truly loved the way you loved her, please reward her, Lord. May she enjoy the communion of all her family and friends who are with you.

Lord, I know my mother still loves us who are still here on earth. I ask you that you might listen to her fervent prayers for us. Help me to grow into a new and deeper relationship with my mother now, as I long for the day when we will both meet in your embrace - freed from all that might have hindered our relationship on earth, knowing and understanding everything we did not know or understand on this earth.
