Josephine "JoAnne" Bobell

Josephine "JoAnne" Bobell, 101, of West Babylon, entered into Eternal Life on Sunday, April 16, 2023. Predeceased by her beloved husband, Albert W. Bobell, in 2015. Beloved mother of Charles W. Bobell and his partner, Gina M. Cassella. Adored Nanny of Charles W. Bobell, Jr. and his wife, Barbara, and Christopher W. Bobell and his wife, Danielle. Cherished great-grandmother of Colin J. Bobell and Gabriel W. Bobell. Dear sister of Julieanne Randolf and the late Salvatore Randazzo and Francis Bondin. JoAnne was a retired Electronics Inspector for Fairchild Aviation in Farmingdale, before her retirement. JoAnne will be remembered by her descendants for her creative mind which she applied to her sewing, knitting, and creating crafts. She will be forever loved and deeply missed by each life that she touched during her long life. Family will receive friends at Claude R. Boyd-Spencer Funeral Home, 448 W. Main Street, Babylon, Thursday, April 20, 2023, 2 pm-4 pm & 7 pm-9 pm. Funeral mass 10 am Friday, April 21, 2023, Our Lady of Grace RC Church, West Babylon. Entombment to follow at Pinelawn Memorial Park.
