Joyce Harriet Spatz, 88, resident of Atlanta Georgia, passed away at Canterfield of Kennesaw nursing home on May20, 2019. Surrounded by her three children Leslie Cook, Toni Gilmer and Jeff Spatz. Most of the last 6 years she lived in Dahlonega Ga with her loving son who was her primary caregiver. She is survived by her 3 children and 4 grandchildren: Sean, Brian, Sam and Lori and 4 great grandchildren Kyle, Lana, Dylan and Ivy.
Joyce was blessed with strength and intelligence, which after her husband Larry Spatz predeceased her in death in 1971, which allowed her to raise a family while also running a business, Aristocrat Frozen Foods that Larry and she had founded.
Always with clever wit and that mischievous look in her eyes, she was loved by all and will be missed by all.
Joyce will be laid to rest at the families grave site in Beth Moses Cemetery, West Babylon, New York next to her loving husband, Larry Spatz. In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made yo your favorite charity in Joyce's name.
