Lauren Nicole Orlando

Lauren Nicole Orlando, 38, of East Islip, New York passed away on Sunday, January 23, 2022. Lauren had a Bachelors Degree in secondary education from SUNY Fredonia. She then received her Masters Degree in literacy from Dowling College. She worked for many years as a director at the Bay Shore YMCA in the before care program. She has also worked for the past 10 years as a customer service representative for Teachers Federal Credit Union. Lauren is survived by her parents Pat & Roy Orlando of East Islip, her brother Justin of Ronkonkoma, her sister Kristin Smith of Cranston, RI, her brother Adam of Randolph, MA, and her brother Michael of East Islip. She is also survived by her 4 half siblings Donna, Alisa, Joseph Orlando of Florida and Madeline Cotroneo of Kings Park. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews, Giovanni, Sophia, Mason, Ethan, and Autumn. Lauren is forever loved and missed by her parents, siblings and numerous other family and loved ones including aunts, uncles, cousins and her in-laws. Friends and Family may visit at the Claude R. Boyd-Spencer Funeral Home, Tuesday February 1, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM. Funeral mass will be held Wednesday, February 2, 2022, 10:15 AM at St Patrick's RC Church, 9 Clinton Avenue, Bayshore, New York. Interment to follow, at North Babylon Cemetery, Babylon, NY.
