Peter passed away peacefully, reuniting with his beloved wife Helen, with whom he shared a devoted and loving marriage since 1954. Helen passed in 2022, and not a day went by that Peter didn’t carry her memory with him.
A dedicated husband, father, and friend, Peter is survived by his two children, Vincent and Joanne, and his daughter-in-law Kathleen, who he welcomed into the family with open arms and love. He also leaves behind his cherished siblings, Pauline and Isabella.
Peter was known for his incredible work ethic and unwavering commitment to providing for and supporting his family. He served proudly as a veteran of the Army, a chapter of his life that helped shape the quiet strength and resilience that those who knew him admired deeply.
He found joy in the little things—time with family, the company of his cat Willow and his dog Emma, and the simple acts of daily life that he never took for granted. Peter was, above all, a wonderful dad whose love and guidance will remain with his family always.
His legacy is one of devotion, kindness, and a life lived with honor and quiet grace.
A visitation for Peter will be held Friday, May 30, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A prayer service will occur Friday, May 23, 2025 at 10:00 AM. An interment will occur Friday, May 23, 2025 at Pinelawn Memorial Park, 2030 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, New York 11739.
