Raymond Diamond was born in New York City on September 5, 1936. He is survived by his loving wife Thelma Diamond who had nine children; Peaches, Linda, Raymond, Lisa, Russell, Randolf, Lawrence, David and Louis. Raymond is survived by his twin sisters; Catherine and Hope. He was predeceased by his late sisters; Mary, Georgette, Rose, and Margie and his late brothers; Sonny and Harry. He was blessed with twenty-six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Raymond also leaves his remaining sister-in-laws; Lucille Mann, Ruth Mann and his remaining brother-in-laws; Alphonso Wilkins, Sr., Lee Clemons and Wesley Mann. He also is survived by a host of loving nieces, nephews and friends.
Raymond was patriotic and a member of the United States Army. He served in Germany and was honorably discharged and worked in the manufacturing field until his retirement.
