Sateria Hatcher, Mother of Malaja and Michael Hatcher, was born Decemeber 14th, 1970 to Daniel Webster Hatcher Jr. and Agnes Hatcher. She entered into rest on August, 27th, 2018 at Syosset Hospital. Sateria worked at smithtown Rehabilitation Center as a CNA for over 14 years, providing care for the elderly.
Sateria was loved so much and still is. She was the sweetest woman you could ever meet, personality was down to earth, a smile that can light up the world, and a heart that can purify anyone's soul. Her two children loved her with great passion. Sateria was an Angel from heaven, that simply got called back.
Sateria was survived by her children Malaja and Michael Hatcher, her loving sisters and brothers; Althea Wise, Pricilla Hatcher, Valerie Hatcher, Moniek Hatcher, Richard McCloud, Solomon Hatcher, Samuel Hatcher, Willie Hatcher, and Terry Graham, and sister in laws Aleeyah Hatcher, Shanet Hatcher. She also leaves a host of nieces and nephews who loved her dearly.
