Former Co-Owner of Spiro's Luncheonette, Lindenhurst and proprietor of Tony's Pipe Shop, Lindenhurst. Beloved wife of the late John James Watt. Cherished daughter of the late Domenica and Natale ("Tony") Apollo. Loving mother of Elizabeth Puentes, John (Karen), David and Anthony Watt. Adored grandmother of Amy, Adrian, Kelly, Natalie, Stephanie, Kimberly, and Allison. Dear sister of Josephine Brazier (Donald) and Frank Apollo (Beth). She leaves behind her beloved pet, Cocoa.
