

Stanley Morris, 83, of West Babylon, NY, passed away peacefully on October 5, 2024. Stan was born in Manhattan and moved to the Bronx where he and Judy married in 1964. Stan and Judy then moved to Long Island with their girls Deborah and Stefanie in 1973. Stan lived a life marked by love, dedication, and a spirited love of sports.
A proud Marine, he served his country with honor, embodying the values of courage and commitment. Stan was not only a devoted husband and father but also a passionate New York sports fan. His heart belonged to the Yankees, Rangers, and Giants, and he could often be found cheering enthusiastically for his teams, whether in the stands or from the comfort of his home. Stanley had a love for golf that brought him joy and camaraderie, spending countless afternoons on the course.
He is survived by his beloved wife Judy of 60 years, daughter Stefanie and daughter-in-law, Emily who will carry his legacy of love and passion for life forward. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Stanley's name to the Disabled American Veterans (DAV).
His warmth, humor, and unwavering support will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
