Warren T. Milks

It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we mourn the passing of our father Warren Milks, age 69, of West Islip, New York. Dad passed away on Monday April 3rd, 2023 after a courageous battle with metastatic brain cancer. He is survived by the love of his life and soulmate of 40 years, Diana. He was the devoted father of Danielle (Alan) Serra and Amanda (Christopher) Felix. He was the most amazing Pop-Pop to Lucy, Ryan, Ellie, and Nicole. Loving brother of the late Philip V. Milks Jr. and cherished son of the late Philip V. Milks and Antoinette Milks.

Self-less, resilient, loyal, and kind are words that come to mind when thinking of our father and the way that he showed us how to live life to the fullest. Our dad was someone that you could always count on for anything. He didn’t care much for material things. Family and friends were and always will be what he holds most dear to his heart. No matter the situation, he always had a smile on his face and he could light up a room when he walked in.

We are so honored to have had the privilege to have you as our father, husband to our mother, and cherished friend to so many. Daddy, you took a piece of our hearts with you and we will always hold you close to ours. Rest easy now.

A visitation for Warren will be held Thursday, April 6, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. A visitation will occur Thursday, April 6, 2023 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A religious service will occur Thursday, April 6, 2023 at 7:30 PM. Leaving the funeral home will occur Friday, April 7, 2023 at 11:45 AM. A committal service will occur Friday, April 7, 2023 at 12:45 PM at Washington Memorial Park.
