Wayne A. Rakshys

Wayne A. Rakshys, 76, of Lindenhurst, entered into Eternal Life on Friday, November 28, 2025. Beloved husband of Louise (nee Macellaro). Devoted father of Christian, and his wife, Jessica, and Kate, and her husband, Morgan. Adored grandfather of Jonathan, Abigail, and Cameron. Dear brother of Christine Rakshys. Wayne was a small business owner of Global Horse Transport in Lindenhurst for over 40 years. In his spare time, Wayne loved fishing on the Great South Bay and was an avid concert goer. He will be forever loved and deeply missed by each life that he touched. Family will receive friends at Claude R. Boyd-Spencer Funeral Home, 448 W. Main Street, Babylon, Sunday, December 7, 2025, 2:00 PM-4:30 PM & 7:00 PM-9:00 PM. Funeral mass Monday, December 8, 2025, 11:30am at St. Mark's Episcopal Church, 754 Montauk Highway, Islip.
