Clarice Elaine McGinn was born in Oregon to Shirley Jane McDougall on December 8, 1951. After 20 years in Kern County Clarice passed away in Bakersfield, California on December 28, 2010. She will be having a funeral service on Wednesday January 5, 2011 at 10:00a.m. with a cremation to follow. Clarice is survived by her husband Robert McGinn, children Vince Furfey, Erika Jones, three granddaughters and brother Roy. She Loved her family and the American Indian culture.
