Well let's try this again. I am sitting here thinking years back. when I came to California. Came over to visit with my brother and his family. Rob took me out to see the horses for awhile while we visited together. Than that night meet him at a Mexican place for dinner. Had a good chat. For dessert rob decided he wanted fried ice cream. He loved it. But he stomach did not think so. Dang milk lol. But had a great visit. Wish I could rewind time and go back to that day.  Than I remember all the stories of when rob and the others was younger. I am surprised they all made it this far. I am glad I was the youngest. I was safe from a lot of the pranks they pulled. Haha. We wish he was still here. But the lord had other plans for rob and decided to take him home. Now he can be with my sisters Randi & Rusti. Your family here in Muskogee will forever miss you and we love you always.

Rob, you were the only brother-in-law I never got a chance to meet in person. Talking to you on the phone on occasion and listening to Bob speak about you, I feel as if I know you. Bob was always telling me about your horses and team pinning, that we have in common, I to have done some team pinning in east Texas before moving to Oklahoma. Dyan and I talked about Calf. some and we both have been out there. It would have been grand if we could have come out to see you. But one day we will all meet up in Heaven and catch up!!! I know the Lord has a special place for us old Cowboys up there, so until then I say," Cowboy Up Sir" and we will see you agin one day!!!

Robby, What can a sister say about the person who shared all those childhood years together.  Here you are known as Robby out in California as Rob or Bob I know but just like the day I called your work and ask for Robby and they said we do not have a Robby I said Robby Maxey does work there doesn't he?   They said Bob Maxey works there I said no Bob is our Dad, Robby is my brother.   You weren't real happy with me when they called Robby Maxey over the a speaker.   Oh well life went on.   I have a list of my child hood memories of things we did: Playing in the hog pen at Grandma & pa Maxey's oh what fun we had and gathering eggs, watching Grandpa milking and getting squirted in the face with fresh warm milk.   Wringing the neck on chickens, yuk. Riding in the bin , while Dad drove the combine, Setting eating pears in the pear tree by the creek hiding from the grandparents.   The day you knew Grandpa was having a seizure and you grabbed his tongue cause you knew it would save his life and it did, you were only 9 but you knew.   Then at Grandma & Pa Forbes, we were always noisier then the 5 Kitterman boys next door really there was 6 of us of coarse we were noisier there was 1 more of us.   Grandpa always had to light all the fire crackers as we might hurt ourselves, really he just liked it.  I want you to remember brother dear when we got the call that Mom had another set of twin girls you asked can you take them back and get boys this time, really you are up there with that set now, I have the other set here, (lets trade sets just kidding )  Catching crawdads so Grandma Bea would fry the tails for breakfast, we had such fun doing that.  then we had one of us chasing the other thru the house beating on doors with batons for one reason or another.  the best and most memorial is you fishing in the back yard in Enid (all grass) and all you hooked and only God knows how was my eye lid, I cried it hurt and you were beside yourself of coarse we had to tell mom to get it out, another time you broke the patio window fishing in the back yard (years apart he never learned you fish in water not grass) the day you stood in front of me saying go ahead give it your best shot (meaning hit you) I did you had a broken collar bone over that one   your wish was my command. Me standing in the kitchen picture window watching  you David and Tim play basketball and you threw the ball towards window meaning to miss but it didn't the window shattered good one bro.    One of the best was Mom setting in the car screaming at you as you walked toward her with that bull snake wrapped around your shoulders, I can still hear her screaming her  self silly over that one, as you didn't stop you walked right up to the window.    Really I even reminded you last month of all the times you took me to school then you and the others played hookie.   You said I needed to go to school and learn well what about you?  Camping on The Hill with the Hiler's and Renee Paris.    I have many more but I'll stop with these. 
We had a good childhood, hard at times but it made us good adults.   I want you to know you were a good brother to me even through at times I did not think so when happening, you always had my best interest at heart. So glad I spent some of your last days with you and I want you to know if I had honestly thought I would lose you this soon I would have stayed those few extra days, even when you gave me that evil eye look you seemed to give when you didn't like something.    I love you more then I could ever put into words and I cry as I type this knowing that I won't see or talk to you in person again till we meet in the sky.   Say Hi to Rusti & Randi they know I miss and Love them and tell Mom miss her too.   Love to you my dear Brother,

seems like only yesterday when robbie was born.  he was my cousin bobby maxey' first child and the first baby in our crowd.  we would go by bob's on sat. night when i got home from college, just to see the baby,  he was so handsome.  may god bless and help the family at this time of grief.  edwin "eddie" hutcheson
