Peacefully at her home on July 12, 2012, BETTY DELCIE BELSCHNER (nee Ensor), 84, of Hampden, Md. Daughter of the late Tom and Jessie Ensor(nee Fletcher); beloved wife of the late Clarence R. Belschner; loving mother of the late Cheryl L. Belschner; cherished aunt of Tom Ensor III, John Ensor, Diane Ravenal, Eleanor Keithley, Dorothy L. Bantnen, Betty Ensor Schaidt, the late Susan Ensor Monnis. She is also survived by several great nieces and nephews. Mrs. Belschner was a homemaker and also a secretary/office manager. She was a member of the Road Runners Club, Wednesday's Choice and the Forward Club.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather at Burgee-Henss-Seitz Funeral Home, Inc., (3631 Falls Road), on Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8pm, where a Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday at 11:00am.
Interment Falls Grace United Methodist Cemetery.
