On July 10th, 2025, Betty E. Cotter joined her loving husband, David L. Cotter Sr., and sons David Cotter Jr., Dennis Cotter, and Steven Cotter Sr. in heaven. Remaining are her loving son, Steven Cotter, Jr., and her loving daughter-in-law, Shannon Cotter. Also, her loving brother, Frank Wagner, and sister-in-law, Judy Wagner. She will also be forever loved and remembered by her loving granddaughters Danielle Cotter-Hill and Serena Hight. As well as her loving great-grandchildren Jaxon Cotter, Isabelle Cotter, Gabriel Cotter, Tylor Deeds, Bobby Hight, Emma Hight, and Raylan Wise: loving is the great-great-grandmother of Luna Deeds.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the Burgee Henss Seitz Funeral Home, Inc., 3631 Falls Road, Baltimore, Maryland 21211 on Friday, July 25, 2025 from 10:00am -12:00pm with Funeral Services beginning at 12:00pm.
Interment to follow at Lakeview Memorial Park.
