Charles Franklin Herndon Sr., passed away on November 4, 2021. He is the beloved husband to the late Donna Rebecca Herndon (nee Feitz); Father of Charles F. Herndon, Jr. and his husband Marc Joseph; dear brother of Shirley Cover and her late husband Bill, Kay Sheckells, John Herndon and his wife Mary, Coleen Davis and her husband Tom and the late Jesse Herndon. Charles is also survived by his devoted care taker and dear friend Brooks Morton, as well as many nieces/nephews and friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the Burgee Henss Seitz Funeral Home, Inc.,3631 Falls Road, 21211, on Tuesday, November 9, 2021 from 5:00-8:00pm and Wednesday November 10 from 11:00am-12:00pm. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at 12:00pm.
Interment Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens .
