We were deeply saddened to hear about Christopher and know that his passing has left a huge hole in your hearts.    We are grieving with you all and can’t imagine the pain and heartache that you are suffering.    His short time on this earth has left all of us with great memories of his sweet, loving personality and great wit.   May God give you all strength as you go through this terrible time and may He grant you all the ability to smile as you remember your dear boy.  He will always live on in our hearts and minds.

My brother shared the news with me about Chris’ passing. We were both saddened to hear about him. I know there will be a void for him in your hearts and home. 

While I haven’t spoken to Chris since we were in college,  I remember him to be as sharp as a whip and full of life. He always challenged me in class. At the time I did not appreciate it but looking back I’m grateful to have had a classmate to keep me on my toes. I remember having to write for him in class when he had those two casts on and how awful it was for him but he still managed to crack a joke and turn a smile. He truly left an impression on me and through the years I’ve wondered what he might doing with his life. 

As so many of us military kids have so few people to look back and share memories with other than our siblings I can only imagine the sadness both Tara and Julia must feel. 

My thoughts and prayers are with your family during this difficult time.

All of our hearts are heavy with the news of Christopher's passing.  I will always remember him fondly flying around the soccer field smiling and laughing on Thanksgiving with all of the Cahill clan.

I only met Chris one time many years ago at a get-together we had.  He was a fine young man, just like his fine parents.  I can't imagine the pain you are going through but hope the impression he left in this mortal world and the fond memories you have will bring solace to your family. I am saddened to hear of the loss of your son.  I cannot imagine the loss of a child, but I know he will live on in those he touched and loved throughout his life.  It never makes sense at the time something this tragic happens but our faith tells us there is a larger reason. We will light a yahrzeit candle and pray that this time of grief is short and you and your family hold each other near to make it through.  Please accept my deepest sympathies and you all are in my thoughts and prayers.

It is with heartfelt sadness to hear about the loss of your son. I experienced the same tragedy with the loss of mine in 2008. We should never have to bury our offspring. They should always bury us but that doesn’t always go as planned.

I was so sad to learn of Chris’s passing. We had hung out a couple of different times on his roof or across the street at Little Havana. He was a really nice guy. We talked a lot about the Orioles and the Ravens, and about Chris’s time in the military. I will never forget him. He was a good neighbor and a good friend.
