Buzz served in the Maryland Army National Guard and the United States Army for a total of 33 years before retiring at the rank of Lt. Colonel. He worked his way thru the ranks of the military serving in multiple capacities with distinction before retiring.
Buzz loved having beers with his friends at the Towson American Legion, playing cards with a long gone cast of characters from the neighborhood - that we are sure were holding an open chair for him when he arrived to see them Tuesday, fishing, eating, rooting for the Ravens, playing with his cats and being kind and generous to his children and grandchildren whom he never said no to.
His funeral service is being held on Tuesday April 21, 2020 and he will be interred at the Garrison Forest Veteran’s Cemetery at a private service on Wednesday April 22,2020.
In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in his name to the ASPCA.
