Franklin had a goal of celebrating his 90th birthday. So glad he reached that impressive milestone. 
I really enjoyed my visits the past year and will miss his company and chats about NY, Baltimore, and his family.

Young Franklin stands in the cabin hatchway with his two older brothers on their father's sloop. He can go sailing with his brothers now. He loved sailing and sports cars. I remember crewing for him on his own sailboat on Long Island Sound.

Mr. Stout was a quiet, smart man who brought a smile to the people who cared for him daily.  May he rest in peace. He will be missed.  Staff of C3 South.
