George Arthur Figgs passed on April 17, 2026 at the age of 98, having been born on December 28, 1927 and residing in Baltimore, Maryland. He is the beloved husband of Clara W. Figgs (nee Budka); devoted father of George J. Figgs, Ann Marie Figgs, Thomas P. Figgs, Jackie Figgs, Lisa Marie Figgs and the late Michael S. Figgs and S. Jeffrey Figgs; dear brother of the late Joseph William Figgs and Mildred Parkinson; cherished grandfather of 20 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren; uncle of Brian Figgs and Billy Figgs, Robert Parkinson and the late JoAnn Figgs and Robert Parkinson and Sandy Parkinson and their families.
The family will receive friends at the Burgee-Henss-Seitz Funeral Home, 3631 Falls Road, Baltimore, Maryland 21211 on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 from 2-4 PM & 6-8 PM; where Catholic Prayers will be celebrated at the funeral home on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at 10:00 AM.
