Born December 4, 1938 he was the son of the late Walter F. Thomas and Ruth (née Ruby) Thomas.
Kenneth is survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins and many friends.
A visitation for Kenneth will be held Tuesday, January 16, 2024 from 2:00 to 4:00 P.M. and 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Burgee-Henss-Seitz Funeral Home Inc., 3631 Falls Road, Baltimore, MD 21211. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 17, 2024, 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home. Interment will be in Lorraine Park Cemetery, 5608 Dogwood Road, Baltimore, MD 21207.
