On Tuesday, June 9, 2026, Randy W. Carr passed away suddenly. He was the husband of Sherry Welsh Carr and partner of Dawn McDonaldson for 10 years; loving stepfather of Alexis, Charity, and Mackenzie; cherished grandfather of Christopher, Pavlo, Freya, and Cyrus; dear brother of John Paul Carr, William Beard, and John G. Carr and his wife Alisa; treasured uncle of Crystal, Charlie, Ariel and many others including a host of great nieces and great nephews; pre-deceased by his parents Loretta and John G. Carr, Sr.; also survived by other loving extended family and friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the Burgee Henss Seitz Funeral Home, Inc., 3631 Falls Road, Baltimore MD 21211, on Saturday, June 20, 2026, from 2:00-6:00 PM.
