What can I say that hasn’t already need said?  I know I wasn’t an easy child to care for. I definitely had issues but you hung in there when you didn’t have to.  I wasn’t your child by blood but I became your daughter by choice.  As I grew older and more mature, I realized what a true treasure you were. You were always there for me and brought me through some tough times. One story to share…. You were putting up a wall to make a separate dining are and I happened to be the one that was there at the time so I promised I would help but only if you didn’t drop a hammer and cuss at me for it.  We both laughed and built a wall together.  You didn’t cuss. Not one time.  I will miss your sense of humor, your smiles when any of your kids were around, your unwavering love of Jesus ( especially your happiness to hear that I had welcomed into my heart) and you big hugs whenever I saw you.  Thank you for loving me.  I love you and will miss you. Say hi to the family and put in a word to Jesus for me.  Give mom a big hug and kiss. I’ll see you again some day. 🩷

I babysat for Aunt Shirley and Uncle Robbie on some Saturday nights when I was a teen. They always paid me well and I’d spend the night. The next morning Uncle Robbie would make a big breakfast! I never had anything like that at home. It was like going to a restaurant but with love cooked right in the food. He was also very instrumental in getting me and my hubby together.  We’ve been together for 33 years now.  I love him and will always hold a very special place in my heart for him.  He is now with his beloved and family in heaven.  RIP dear Uncle. 😢❤️🙏🏻

Dad I will love you forever and you will never be forgotten.  You were the best dad anyone could ask for, you were loving, selfless and kind not only to your children but to others.  You touched so many people in a positive way.  Two of my fondest memories that I will always cherish were Thursdays, when you would dropped off your paycheck to mommy and you would let us all get in the back of your Levison & Klein truck and ride us from the back alley of our house on Fait Ave to the front of our house.   Secondly, was when you would come home and mommy would fix you a hot meal, and then all of us would sit around the table and just look at you, not because we were hungry but because we were so happy to see you.  I remember you would say to mommy, "Shirley did you feed these kids today".   I know that you are in heaven with Mommy and all of your family members rejoicing!  I hope we do you proud with your service and wanted to let you know that your wishes were followed.  You are and will always be my hero dad!  I love you!  May the souls of the faithfully departed rest in peach and may perpetual light shine upon you always dad.  Give mommy a kiss for me and tell her that we love and miss her always and forever, your son, Mark

My sweet Uncle Robbie, my Godfather! What a great guy! Thank you so much for being there for me, especially in my younger years! You had your own clan, but always made time to lend an ear, a ride or air conditioned room for all of us kids to gather in! I knew I could always count on you and Aunt Shirley!! Always selflessly taking care of others! Your warm smile, your sense of humor and wisdom! So many fond memories, makes my heart smile! I know my dear Aunt Shirley was waiting on you with arms wide open, Pop, too!! I love you and will miss you dearly! Rest easy until we get to hug each other again!

We shared many loving memories when we were together growing up. Me, our father Arthur Diffenbaugh Sr. my brother Robert Diffenbaugh Sr.and my brother Jimmy Diffenbaugh Sr. two of my big brothers. Gone but not forgotten. May you all Rest in Eternal Peace. May the Perpetual Light shine upon your souls.

Uncle Bob was a Wonderful Man and a terrific fayher. I loved his playing oldies on his record player when he lived with us on Eaton Street. I loved him and Aunt Shirley very much and all the fun filled hours spent either them. God Bless you, Uncle Robbie.

Uncle Bob you will be missed.. You were a wonderful  son, brother, uncle, father, husband and grandfather and great grandfather!  Rest  in peace! Love you!🥰

RIP Uncle Rob you always knew how to make me laugh. Your contagious smile will be missed. Thank you for being there when I needed you! My deepest condolences to all my cousins! The BIG 4 is back together!
