Sean Aldrich Montgomery of Baltimore passed away peacefully on October 4, 2025. Mr. Montgomery was born in Chicago on April 26, 1956, the third of six children of the late Robert and Marguerite (Aldrich) Montgomery. He spent most of his life in Baltimore, after his family had moved there when he was a young man.
He is survived by his daughter, Megan Montgomery-Talbott, as well as his siblings: Ann Smith and her husband David, Ellen Roth and her husband Mark, Susan Dwyer and her husband Roger, and Patrick Montgomery and his wife Andrea, as well as brother-in-law, Gregory Recht and several nieces and nephews. Sean's oldest sister, Mary Montgomery-Recht predeceased him.
A dedicated professional, Sean spent his career in construction, where his hard work and commitment were admired by colleagues and clients alike. Beyond his professional life, Sean was known for his vibrant personality and ability to uplift those around him. He had a unique gift for bringing joy and laughter into every room, leaving a lasting impression on family and friends.
Private family services, along with a gathering with friends, will be observed.
